Just south of you in Arkansas my Aunt charges about $50 per house on average. Her first time cleaning she may charge $75 as the house needs more work and then after that it $50. This a flat rate depending on what is wanted by her customer, but, $50 is a good average.

I don't know about the KC, MO area, but I'm at the Illinois/Wisconsin state line and it runs $12.00 to $25.00 per hour. Lic & ijnsured is on the upper end.
