Visit British Council library on St Marks Road (above Koshys) and also Mythic society library on Nripatunga Road. They have very good collection. If you are looking for science related books try IISC and for law you can visit National Law School. The public libraries (branches of CCL-city central library )in some areas are good too. Good Luck.

Of the distance concerned you can contact city center libraries like basaveshwaranagar which is very close to rajajinagar. Or you can go to vijayanagar and RPC layout library whichis computerised.........
