this may be due to internet explorer exists in startup list.
To solve this follow given steps :
1) Click start → Run → type "msconfig" → press Enter.
2) Select Tab Startup
3) Uncheck applications that u don't want to be opened after booting.

go to your system,
go to internet options
at the domain address the internet explore is there.delete it.
ok. then restart.

Check if IE is on the startup folder. If so, delete it from there.
