which brand laptop is good by money and facility wise?

prestigio.
good keypads you need a big memory, its a good one, RAM and hardisk drive is good too, just dont buy the china made.
smaller and durable. good for accounting. then just have few installers for a good accounting program management.
apple, toshiba will do like mine, but prestigio is the best.
