Spending time with my family and seeing happiness in others. Knowing that everyone i love is safe and sound.
Simple pleasures in life makes me happy. A cup of hot tea. Smelling the rain and wet grass... my cat sleeping. my son laughing after knocking down the blocks. Contentment makes me happy.

I'm happy when the people I care about are happy. also watching a child play with a puppy, that's pure happy, both child and puppy

i think its when i feel i did well that day, at whatever task or relationship i was involved in, often it means i put in the effort, whether things went the way i hoped or not.
i guess im pretty simple lol, i can find happiness in many things, my family,,, cleaning the house, working, playing with the pets, cooking , tv, computer etc,, course these same things can provide unhappiness and fustration !

Silly little things. For one when my alarm radio goes of in the morning and a great "start the day" song is playing. One day it was Uptight by Stevie Wonder. The best!

my extended family all together, talking, laughing and sharing a meal. My dog. My students "getting it" and enjoying their lesson. Creating something with my hands. Growing a garden of flowers or food. So being with my family and being creative are what makes my world go round.
