At least once a day... remember, you must always have clean undies in case you have an accident and have to go to hospital, you wouldn't want to have soiled week old pants on then would you!???

The majority of people should say everyday like you should be doing, but my boyfriend is quite happy wearing the same socks for a whole week!!!!!

well i wear edible undies so when i come to change them and i need some food i just bite them off and eat them, yum yum i love shreds
