I ordered shoes from this web site in the beggining of August, they took the money out of my checking account and never sent the shoes. What do I do? I've written them, e-mailed them and tried to call them but have got no response. When I call the line is a rapid busy signal telling me that the phone has been disconneted.

A quick websearch on "dreamkicks" shows a couple of postings claiming they are a fraud.

I found a number for the Better Business Bureau in Culver City, CA, they should be able to give you a number for one nearer the address Dreamkicks posts, which is in Los Angeles. (909) 835-6059. If that doesn't get action, they can probably tell you how to file criminal charges, assuming they are somewhere in the US.

If you have got paid through bank card, dispute the transaction via the financial institution. Otherwise, touch BBB (Better Business Bureau) and notice if that is helping. Lastly, do not forget suing them within the Small Claims Court. They can manage instances upto $10,000 with out a lot hassles in comparison to a steady court docket.

Get in touch with your bank. You should be covered especially if you used a debit card. They will have you fill out papers. Also... report it to the better business bureau and the local consumer advocate department.
