i ask why is he doing like that and say not to do.and if he still doesn't listen i will also do the same.give lotsa thums down to him also.

If the thumbs down were clearly given without any valid reason, and it happened over a period of 2 days, I would report this person for abuse.
IMHO it def. is abuse when you, without any good reason, give a thumbs down to people who did their best to reply as well as they could to a question!!!!
