* What are the social responsibities of business?

None. Just obey the law and honour contracts.

It is the responsibility of *citizens* to vote in competent governments who pass laws that stop businesses acting irresponsibly while pursuing profit.

Within business there is such a thing called 'corporate governance'. Directors are obliged to turn in a legitimate profit for the shareholders. Suppose you invested $50 in a hot-dog stand, you hire me as the manager, and I then give a large number of hot dogs away to the starving people of Whateverstan. Do you call this responsible?

* what are the sectors where business is socially responsible?

Can't think of any human activity that is not immune to social irresponsibility.
