Sports Authority and Dick's Sporting Goods offer racket restringing. Also look for any tennis speciality stores. Places that offer tennis lessons also offer racket restringing.
If you are referring to Norfolk, Virginia, then Tidewater Tennis Center offers racket restringing.

Try and find Racket Ronnie,,I've heard he do it for a couple of chickens or a great big fat Turkey and if you throw in a few sausages he might even have a look at your racket
