This one guy took too long in line, I had to break his jaw for him, I don't know I'm trying to stop but sometimes when I get a little angered I'm swingin for the fences. I get kicked out of bars, and then I have to knock the bouncers out, any help? I don't have too many friends.

From what you emailed me you sound like you have no self confidence. You have to like yourself. Like I said in my email to you, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. I noticed you called someone else a mean name in one of their questions. You certainly won't make friends that way.

What kind of things do you like to do? What kind of things are you honestly good at? Find your good qualities and accentuate them. Volunteer to help someone in need. When you help someone who is worse off than you, it always helps you feel better to know you have made their day brighter. It doesn't have to involve money. It can be by holding the door open for someone who has their arms full, or holding the elevator door for someone who is running for it while you are on it. You will be surprised at how you feel when you start to do all the little things that make others feel better. Give a stranger a compliment. Actually mean it from your heart in the nice way. Or just tell someone hello that you would not ever normally even talk to. Look them in the eye and say hello and to have a good day. You would be surprised at how some peoples faces actually light up. I see so many sour faces and you never know why they have a sour mean look. Some people have so many problems and a simple hello helps. Give someone a hug. Here is a hug for you. I forgive you for your comment to my question.

That isn't bullying...That is the angry child that is crying out for attention! so, what is going on with you? What makes you behave the way you do? When can you control your anger? Sounds like it is in your system where you are used to getting things your way....perhaps you need to go for some patient help therapy! Do you always get your way with such behavior???? You need help or you will end up not only with a broken jaw yourself but a very lonely person! Good Luck!

You probably weren't a breast fed baby, diagnosed with ADD as a child, felt inferior to others, or had some sort of chip on your shoulder about something very personal that happened in your life - I'd recommend counselling or anger management classes. You really do need to attend to the root of the problem before you can be fixed!!!

I have two words for you anger management. It's clear that you have some serious issues. I mean if you can't even wait in a line until your turn without punching someone I would say you need a little help. Good luck and take care.

Sign up for an anger management class and, in the meantime, seriously try to put yourself in the other person's shoes. Try to imagine how they feel. The most important thing is that you want to stop - I know you can do it!

Yes, There is good reason you don't have too many friends aswell.

Seek therapy, Sounds like you have Anger Management.
