i must say i cant instal any program because i am a limited user !!!

wont be able to download sigle songs, but you can download the whole cd in the same time it takes to download single songs in those other programs. 10 min / cd most times.

Simple fix to install problem - use a "portable application" - ie, one that can be run of a USB drive rather than installed to the computer itself. There is actually quite an amazing range of such applications around these days to handle just about ANY task...but I digress.
Have a look at the first link below, which will explain how to install uTorrent (my personal choice in bittorrent clients) to a usb drive.
The other two links are just a couple of .torrent search-engines, where you can locate many many files to download :)

Limewire is good and popular. Personally, I would recommend to stay away from p2p networks as they are epicenter of viruses, worms and trojans. Ensure that you have a very strong security (complete with an anti-virus and anti-spyware with their real-time protection shields active and a firewall; you should keep them updated)before getting one.

Try Bearshare or imeem, lime wire is free but u have to watch out because it puts some really nasty spam or popups on ur computer, at least it did mine.
