How did the process of American entry into World War II compare with the way the country got into World War I? And how were the Neutrality Acts aimed at the conditions of WWI, and why did they prove ineffective in the conditions of the WWII?

I am not going to answer that question for you because that seems like a homework question - but as I normally do I will give you websites so that you can read find out the answers for yourself (I am sure that is what your teacher would want you to do - answer this question yourself - plus you wont learn the answer well if I just tell you it).

Both were the result of an unprovoked attack where civilians were killed. As for the rest, don't know.
