I can clear 1 & 2 suits without too many problems but I have never cleared the one with 4 suits.

Yes, twice. Keep trying. The covered cards need to be exposed as soon as possible, so move anything that CAN be moved, not necessarily of the same suit, though that's the final aim of course. If things aren't working out, then try undoing some moves, and try something different.

Once...and I've played 23 times....got a 98% in level 1 and 66 in 2..
