The place that you would probably have the best chance of seeing a kangaroo is by going to the zoo. If you were really looking for a trip, you could go to Australia, where they originated. If you hired a tour guide, I'm sure that you would be able to see them, maybe even out in the wild.

a zoo would probably be better than australia seeing as how it costs a lot of money to go to australia and you have basically a 100% chance of seeing a kangaroo at the zoo.

i would go to australia (if i wasn't already in australia, that is)
If your not, i'm guess they could be in zoo or something. But i'm pretty sure australia is the only place where they appear naturally.
