What's the best car?

What's the best airline?

What's the best colour?

What's the best fabric?

This is a highly subjective question. There isn't enough information to be able to offer you any real advice. The best place in France is whatever fits your needs the best. Whether that's the Four Seasons in Paris, the Quality Inn in the South of France, or a B&B in Beaune, it's whatever works for you.
