My guinea pig is a 9 month old female who has never been breed before. Im being offered a un breed un nuetered male. If i put them in the same cage together would they breed?

Of course they will breed. And it's a 79% chance your sow will die because she has not been breed before 7 months. Please don't breed her...it's too late. If you really care for your guinea pig but want her to live and have company get her another girl. She's at a major risk for dystocia. It costs about $100 to neuter. So stick with the safe option and get a female.

Female guinea pigs (sows) should not be bred after 7 months of age because their pelvis has fused and they will not be able to give birth to the babies. They of course will then die inside of her and she will die as well. I would recommend if you are getting this male to put it in another cage and never allow them even a minute together. Or you could get one of them altered to prevent pregnancy.

NO, SHES TO OLD!!!!!!!!!!!
there is a large chance she and all her babies will die during birth!!!!!

their hips fuse when their 8 or 9 months old so this is life threatning
