Depending upon your ablilty to handle the work load,
you can take anywhere from 12 to 24 Credit Hours
per semester. Most people will shy away from 24, 23,
22 and 21 Credit Hour loads, and some schools may
prohibit it. The Credit Hour value of specific classes
will vary, and some classes have associated Labs
which are required. So you will need to review the
school catalog to determine exactly what they require,
and the specifics of each class.
In general I can give you some experiences that might
help you see what I mean. Please check your own
school or college to find out their specific offerings.
MATH - 5 HR.
ENGLISH - 3 OR 4 HR
FOREIGN LANGUAGE - 3 HR
BIOLOGY 3 HR
CHEMISTRY 3 HR
PHYSICS - 4 HR
PSYCOLOGY - 3 HR
HISTORY - 3 HR
ART 1 - 2 - 3 HR
HUMANITIES 3 HR
POLITICAL SCIENCE 3 HR
COMPUTER SCIENCES 3 - 4HR
etc., etc.

is this a trick question? You take all that you need to graduate, Generally full time is anything over 13 credits/semester, but i actually took 21 credits one semester. a BS degree generally takes 120 credits or more to finish which is about 15 a semester

You can take on as much as you want, but anthing beyond 15 semester hours is taxing, even for the smartest of students.
