can anyone please show me a sample flowchart for cobol?

The program Cobol, Consist of a flowchart, an heirchy chart, A record layout sheet, and a report layout sheet. If anyone can direct me to where i can see a sample of these charts and sheets i will greatly appreciate it. I am working on a project at this time. Thank you in advance

Try this website. It is in there somewhere.

Though personally I use a variation of the Jackson method.
Only one box type, each box is assumed to be performed 0 or more times and is controlled by the box above.
Each box should have about 5 (+ or - 2) boxes in the level underneath (This is a guide only and not written in stone).
Not enough room on the paper?
Enter a process name in the box and then start that process on a new page.

You should always read ahead. This means that the first read of a file is done in the initialisation process just after the open.
This is also where you handle an empty file condition.

At the end of any process you should re-initialise any variable so that they are ready for use by the following process.
