That was one of the worst movies I've ever seen, and IMDB.com gave it a 7 out of 10. I was so bored throughout that movie.

I liked it a lot actually, but it is not to everyone's taste. Most reviewers are of a certain age, social class and all have the same educational background, so their reviews are very reflective of only a small fraction of the population, and also similiar in response. The film is very much about a man in the later years of his life- how old do you think the reviewers are? Time to start the revolution buddy!!!

Obviously, the movie wasn't to your personal taste, but to experts in the field it is recognised as a triumph. Perhaps as you grow older your tastes will evolve, and you may come to appreciate the subtle aspects of the film more then.

movies that get good reviews suck most of the time. when i finally saw broke back mountain i wanted to throw it away.
