Had a job interview at McDonalds when I was a teenager---I think you can probably expect that they might ask different questions depending on what kind of job you are looking for (ie- are you an adult looking for a permanent job, whether it be full time or part time or are you a student looking for part time work to take you through to the end of school....)

They ask the same sort of questeions most places ask--Why are you interested in working there, What kind of availability do you have, What experience, Strenghts that will help you in the job, etc.

I haven't, but I imagine they would be quesitons on customer service and satisfaction, communication and dealing under pressure.

yes , you have to be docile with the odd spot and greasy hair hence i didn,t get the job lol lol

"Where did you and your parents originally come from?" "Where do you live?" "How long have you live in [name of county]?" "Why did your parents/you move here?" Stuff like that.
