What should a woman do you think pay more attention to,family or career?

well a women job is to look after the family.. do house work.. cook dinner.. take the children back and to school, be there for the husband when his coming home late from work . Ask the child how is school, read the books to the children, take the children to after school things and shopping.. and so on

To be honest, in today society, there really is no set role for a woman. It all depends on the woman.

Some women prefer to remain single with no children. Others want to be stay at home moms (the hardest job, ever). Then you have women who want both career and family (must be balanced for it to work).

Yes, it’s ideal for a woman to be a wife and mother first. However, the family structure has broken down for different reasons.

Reason # 1: Some men are not taking on their responsibility as the man of the house. Many are making babies and not supporting them or their partners.

Reason # 2: A lot of women are the sole providers and parent of the household. Which leave the children either in daycare half the day or home alone.

Reason # 3: Too many people, men and women, are not communicating and they are being very selfish. And the families, especially the children, are paying for it.

There are no set roles for men and women these days. A woman can enter whichever profession she chooses.
Some women pay more attention to their family than to their career. Some women pay a great deal of attention to their career and hire the necessary help to look after the family. Some families have a stay at home dad.

Up to a point a woman can do most jobs like a man; however, most fail to realize that when families begin, the role of a wife and especially a mother becomes more important.

For too long women have been put into really stereotype jobs. It's unfair to keep them down because of their gender when their intelligence and competence is the same if not better as any man. I think it's great when women can be earning the same men in the same job positions.

When I get married my husband will get a vasectomy and we will adopt 2 children 1 from China and another from Russia
Also I am going to open my own veterinarian practicein in 4 years So that means my husband is going to have to stay home with our children
