Life cannot be stress-free. The difference in a happy person and a stressed-out person is their personal philosophies. Good stress is fun, exciting, and keeps a person's motivation up, keeps them buoyant and moving forward. Avoiding the really bad stressors and learning to deal with the negative ones is what it's all about. I've seen a lot of people that thrive (in their own way) from negative stress. They believe people view them as martyrs - as unselfish and sacrificing individuals. The truth be known, I feel very sorry for them. They never seem to fully enjoy themselves except when they are surrounded by chaos, and they themselves are making sacrifices in their lives just for the recognition.

Good stress, on the other hand, is what we all need. A little pressure here and there to plan a vacation, to organize a party, to do your best at work, to be a moral person -- these are positive things that keep a person motivated and, well, happy.

Impossible, stress has been present for centuries, there isn't one day you can go without stressing, though you might not have realized/noticed it, and it ain't gonna change as well. Just by typing this I'm getting stressed, coz I'm wondering if I'm giving u the right answer!! However if u ever find the answer to a stress-free life, let me know.

You need stress in your life to achieve and grow...can't live without it...

we would all be bored without challenges.

I reduce stress through Yoga and hot showers twice a day.

Everyone is going to have some amount of stress in their life I don't care who they are. Just take one day at a time. We should not worry about tomorrow. Just take care of the present and tomorrow will take care of its self. Also try to exercise. It causes your body to release endorfins witch in turn helps your body to relax.

Just handle the life as it comes. Make sure you enjoy the life. and take care of things just for the moment..... include the past (not crib), intent for the future to be the best......

drugs, alcohol and friends......lol, no really, there is always stress, learn to control your thoughts, seperate the real from the what ifs, deal with real, throw out what ifs, hey life is fun, this is not the dress rehersal, it is the real deal, have fun!!!!! JMO...good luck

I do a lots of praying and try to remember to change the things that I can and except the things that I can not.
