Are there any qualification needed to join NGO's?

It depends. Some NGOs have different levels of staff. Some contractors or vendors need the right level of experience and/or skills to be hired by NGOs, however most NGOs do require bachelor degrees, master degrees and doctorate degrees for higher level positions.
