If you mean the cach of the CPU , or RAM it will be deleted as you restart your computer , but if you mean the cookies and the temporary internet files , go to internet options , at the general tab , press delete files , then delete cookies ...
If you want to delete the web pages that you visited , press delete History , at the same tab ..
If you want to clear all the passwords and the forms that might be saved on your computer ( for more security ) go to the tab CONTENT , > AutoComplete , then at the dialog box that appears , press clear passwords , clear forms .....
For your security , it's better if you uncheck the check boxes that let the computer to save the passwords and the forms you had typed ..

(If you have IE7) Click on TOOLS, then go to INTERNET OPTIONS, then BROWSING HISTORY, now you can click on any of these (DELETE FILES, DELETE COOKIES, DELETE HISTORY, DELETE FORMS, DELETE PASSWORDS) or you can just go to the bottom of the window and click DELETE ALL. This will clear out anything you are trying to delete!
