Kramer said it when he stopped wearing tighty-whities in order to get his sperm count up. The only thing protecting Jerry and Elaine from Kramer's goodies was a thin layer of gabardine.

Kramer on Seinfeld when wearing his gaberdine pants. I loved how Elaine just cringed when she found out what was going on. I miss that show so much, nothing can beat it. I miss especially Jerry's stand-up before the show started.

Yes, of course it was Cosmo Kramer on Seinfeld....he wanted to get his sperm count up so he had to get off the tighty whities. He couldn't adjust to boxers so decided to go without underwear...and that's when he said that line, when Jerry and Elaine figured out why he was dancing around! LOL! *LOVE* that show!!!!!
