Why would you have anything on your face when you are sleeping? When you are sleeping, your skin is breathing and relaxing. If you have anything in your skin, it gets absorbed by your skin cells and could create a negative effect in the performance of the cells. That said, do not use anything other than proper skin care on your skin when you are asleep.

Let me share my personal experiences with you. It's definitely fine to wear your eye make-up to sleep, as long as you don't rub your eyes and let the make-up settle into your eyes, it'll not cause irritations. Sometimes I wore my eye make-up to sleep because I'm too tired to take them off. But it's proven that there'll be no wrinkles shown after you clean it off. 1 thing is you must try to apply some moisturiser on your eyes before using a concealer or powder onto your eyes area, that helps to prevent moisture lost and retain some moisture on your eyes area so you'll not get wrinkles due to the dryness.

u will start getting dark circles around ur eyes eventually leading 2 premature wrinkling of ur under eye skin.
always remove eye make up wth a eye makup remover, and cleanse ur skin n go 2 bed.
the reason as 2 y is- skin grows only in the nite, while v r asleep, so if the pores n top layer of skin is clean only itl grow, other wise it l lead 2 all other skin disorders bcoz the process is being disturbed.

Not really unless it dries out your skin. But you may clog your pores or in the case of mascara you might break your eyelashes. You eill need to change your pillowcase more often depending on how much makeup you wear.

I don't know. My sister wears her makeup to bed and she doesn't have wrinkles. But I wouldn't recommend it. Wearing your makeup to bed can cause clogged pores which can lead to blackheads and zits.

that's mainly determined by your genes... however it could in a small way contribute. clogged pores blackheads and dull skin is what you can look forward to if you sleep in makeup continually.
inexpensive way to take off makeup: dove soap, babywipes and a nighttime moisturizer

I've been told that as well. I think it might be certain chemicals in make-up and also because it blocks your pores. You need to let the skin 'breathe' sometime.

You should use makeup remover to take off makeup and then clean your face. It's better for your face to be clean and fresh at night. Makeup will clog your pores.
