how can i gain weight without weight gain powders or tablets?

i eat a substansial amount anyway but i lost a stone and a half last year due 2 a illness but have not put it back on but have always ate well but never gained weight i am now 8 and a half stone but used 2 b 10 back eating well but not putting weight back on

After checking with your doctor try eating well but taking exercise too.Malted milk drinks are supposed to be good for putting weight on. If you joined a gym and got a suitable exercise program you could build muscle which is what most healthy people's body weight consists of.

hey, pressumably you're trying to gain muscle? well you'll have to start eating more and i'm affraid to say if you want to get good quality protein down you then use pro-mass, or something like that... it's like a meal replacement.... but you have to work your **** of in the gym... you can take these shakes andthey won't do anyting unless you workout,........ and don't expect to put on tones of weight.... if your looking to pack on muscle,... a pro would be happy with 5-6 lbs in a year!! (thats clean NO steroids....... don't touch them!!!!!)
