hey,
pressumably you're trying to gain muscle? well you'll have to start eating more and i'm affraid to say if you want to get good quality protein down you then use pro-mass, or something like that... it's like a meal replacement.... but you have to work your **** of in the gym...
you can take these shakes andthey won't do anyting unless you workout,........
and don't expect to put on tones of weight.... if your looking to pack on muscle,... a pro would be happy with 5-6 lbs in a year!! (thats clean NO steroids....... don't touch them!!!!!)

Otherwise, do weight bearing exercises and eat extra protein such as eggs and milk.
