I'm gonna buy a PSP for xmas. But i'm not sure when the PSP2 is coming out. Is it coming out soon?

If it isn't, then I'll buy the PSP. Also, do you people know of any good racing game on the PSP?

The latest edition of PSM (PlayStation Magazine) says that Sony is set to release a second generation PSP in Japan by March 2007.

It was going to come out in time for Christmas, like the X-Box 360. But, naturally, the release date had been delayed (shocker, i know!), so I'm sorry, I don't know the date it is coming out. Its probably Spring 07.
