Andrew Jackson, he defied the US Supreme Court with the Indian removal act causing the death of thousands of American Indians, who incidentally saved his life in the war of 1812. He also brought in the "spoils" system, which replaced merit workers with incompident political appointees

Clinton... lie lie lie... let Bin Laden run wild and did NOTHING... had the evil ARAFAT at the whitehouse...:::??? why????? hum???? let Hussain do the oil for food and did NOTHING...taxed the working people to hand out to his bum supporters.... slashed our military Defense fund to nothing... caused even 4 star generals to retire,, because of his defense spending cuts... airforce wasn't allowed to practice flying planes etc...lied about smoking pot.. I DID NOT INHALE... ( YEAH RIGHT) lied about monica.."I DID NOT HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH THAT WOMAN",, made a fool of himself, his wife , and child..... and monica tooo! Whitewater.... HUM.. RUSH told the truth about the deaths... and never did tell the truth about anything.. PROMISED the LIBS free health care to get their drugs with... DID not happen,...another lie..... but the worst thing he did was just that he did N O T H I N G... while in the whitehouse that was good.. N O T H I N G..... the man was worse than Carter,, and that was bad... at least carter wasn't a liar.. he was just dumb... Slick Willie came by his name by being a slick liar.. and he lived up to his name so so. Well.

There have been several:
Jackson, for reasons stated above.
Carter, for his weak foreign policies. It is in part due to his weakness that terrorism was allowed to grow worse.
Clinton, not because of the sex scandals, but because we were attacked several times under his watch, and obviously the "action" that he took wasn't enough.
Harding and Coolidge. It was the scandals in that administration and their economic policies which led to the Great Depression.
LBJ, because he allowed the Vietnam War to escalate. He helped over 58,000 brave men and women die in combat. This weakened our military, divided our country, and led to our impotence in dealing with terrorism.

Out of those, I don't know who is worse. All of them, I think.

Lyndon B. Johnson. He turned the democratic party into the socialistic demons that they are now and he is the one who began raiding the social security monies that were in place.
