First of all therapist don't make you happy. You make you happy. Try to find something you love doing and stick to it when you feel down or depressed.

Take a bubble bath, listen to some peaceful music, and cry- get it all out... then don't cry again after that. We all get depressed here and there. Life has so many ups and downs- it's not always easy. But please know this- you may feel at the ultimate lowest in your life... it WILL come back up. It always does. I've had a couple of the lowest points in my life... I also thought about suicide a few times.... but you need to think about what would make you happy. For me, it was to have children some day and to love them with all my heart and to see they were happier than ever. Thinking about all the love I have to offer, made me go on with my life. That, and think about all of those who do love you- or who haven't met you yet, but may get a chance to love you. Just think of happy times you've had, and only you can get back up. I don't think a therapist will help that much-maybe a little, but it has to be you mostly.

My husband had an ex-girlfriend who killed herself, and let me just say, it was VERY hard on him although they were broken up. He stopped his life for many years. After 10 yrs, he still has a hard time with it. We have a son now, who brings us so much joy... but how do you get him to feel it wasn't his fault in any way? If you decide to kill yourself, everyone will have so much guilt... do you want them to grieve over you- never getting over it, and always wondering what they could have done.... I think it would be very selfish for you to do that only because it won't solve any problems, and to do this to all these people who care about you (that's one thing I couldn't live with therefore making me not want to).

Relax, let out your emotions, then take a nap! You will feel a little better. Do things you enjoy, and keep busy.

"live, love, laugh" that's what I live by.

Unfortunately I think we all get that way at one time or another. Here's a quick fix for you. Think back to the nearest day that you weren't feeling depressed or suicidal. That's not to say that you were feeling great. But you just sorta chugged throught the day without anything bothering you. Things were ok. Now think about this day and how you feel, depressed or suicidal? What's the difference between the ok day and the bad day?. If you were ok what changed between then and now? Did someone cut your arms or legs off? Did everybody spit on you and call you names? I bet if you think about it the days themselves were about the same. It's just your feelings that were different, right? Now if someone had cut your arms off I could understand the depression. But they didn't. Now it's up to you. Do you wanna feel good tomorrow or depressed? It's all up to you. Good luck.

a quick way to cheer up and you feel suicidal ? what ever makes you think you 'll get over such feelings in a quick way and feel HAPPY ? how can someone drive him/herself from suicidal thoughts to happiness ? i'm not a doctor, so i can't actually advise you on anything. please do only that, sit down and talk with yourself. find the cause that makes you feel this way, and if you don't succeed at first, don't get disappointed. maturity is a long and difficult way but when you get there, you feel complete and...happy. good luck... we only live once... i'm sure you are a young, pretty girl, falling in love maybe will fill your life with joy...ever thought of it ?

Remember that life is too short, every second in your life counts, enjoy it, the day that passes will never come back again.
Whatever the reason of your depression was, just remember that there are people are are living in a very bad condition and they are still smiling
Turn on your favorite song, sing and dance , or just drive around, it will make you feel better

First you have to value your selves that you are created by your creator for a purpose, that is to be useful for others and not to your selves. The secret of happiness is to be able to give other people with honesty (please do not think about materials or money etc..), the moment you give, at that particular moment your happiness is in you, since happiness is the way you think about anything. To give honestly, means, if you give, do not expect anything, not even the word thank you from the one you give, only one you can expect is, the one received your gift is happy.

by the time you reach this stage, you would have more than forgotten all the habits and indulgences that make you happy.
what calms you down? clear your mind. take a long bath with nice smelling shower gels. powder yourself. take a nice long nap. when you wake up, go for a run. release all the pent up energy. read a book, chill out with a cup of hot cocoa. so many. find an oulet. right now, your mind is solely focused on your current problems

No, not again.

Please, watch some good movie comedies like "Some Like It Hot" or "Scary Movie" / "Naked Gun" or stuff like this. There is so much fun in the world --- go out and find it. Find Yourself a new boy friend, flirt, try to fall in love. Or make some music. Music always helps... Or paint a huge oil picture... Enjoy !!!

Try to find some good friends, see a movie, watch TV, get some juice, you know, go on a walk. Some of these might cheer you up.
