Just need a definition of what fiscal tax is.

fiscal tax is tax for that fiscal year
a fiscal year is an accounting year, it can start at any poin and end 12 months later

A strange question. A fiscal year is a 12 month period over which profits are calculated, and upon which tax can be based.

Fiscal in itself just means something that relates to finances, or alternatively something that relates to government finances.

Fiscal tax is a bit of an odd term to use, since it doesn't seem to achieve a particular meaning. Tax in it's very nature is fiscal.

I.m not sure of a fiscal tax. I do know that compaies can pay tax of a fiscalm year basis as opposed to a calendar year basis. In either case income subject to tax is computed in the same manner.
