one way is to add media clip but that uses a location .so its not advisable since ill be running it on a different system. is there a way theat the video becomes a part of the presentation?

The best way to do this is to save the video files in the same folder as your presentation and just carry the folder with you.

The only option is that you save the video in the same directory where the prsentation is and copy the entire directory when you are doing your presentation............

You can use the option Pack and Go which shall copy the presentation and also all the attached files into a setup file and attached file.. Just run the setup in another PC, and you shall see that your presentation works perfectly...........
