If he's your ex-best bud, why waste your time on trying to think up insults? The best way is to be polite and mature when you see him, and get on with your own business. If you are not the blame for the friendship failing, then why let someone else live in your head rent free?

Ignore them. Ignore them all the time everywhere you go, whether at work or in the open world. IGNORE. Also me and this group of friends talked about this one girl really bad behind her back. I have made amends, however with this girl, the air is clear between us now. We aren't good friends or anything I don't even know this girls phone number. But one day I asked her to go shopping with me, YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE LOOKS ON my ex-friends faces they were looking in total surprise. That wasn't an insult to me. That was me showing them that I can be happy with or without them friend or foe. Understand. I don't belong to them I belong to myself. I'm GROWN, once you are mature you will realize that there is plenty of you to go around. Plus like everyone seems to agree on a good friend is hard to find just like a good mate. Whatever you do, don't stoop to their level, that will indeed make you just as bad as them.

Hmm, depends on what kind of person he is. My ex best friend was married and kept getting pregnant by men that were not her husband, so it was an easy thing for me to make insults.

How about "I'm sorry" instead of an insult?
Barring that, try insulting him in Shakespearian language. It's a lot more fun.

If you don't like him anymore you could just ignore him; insulting him will only make it worse. Or, you could try to patch things up with him.

the best way to isult your ex friend is to avoid them period if your not trying to patch things up....but if you choose to sit around and figure out ways to insult your exfriend...well then i guess that makes you no better... damn this exfriend must really got you where they want you.

if its his fault and he hasn't said and meant that his sorry what about...... i was going to say something nasty but.. its nasty enough for you to look every morning in the mirror and see what you see... if its not his fault and your asking out of spite why don't you go have a look in the mirror and tell me if you like the image..
