It depends on what you mean by sensitive.
In common usage people often say sensitive when they mean: easily offended, sentimental or empathetic.
I think Hip Hop artists are overly sensitive and thus easily offended. (Other music artists don't fight each other or trash talk other artists in their songs nearly as much as in Hip Hop.) Thus in this meaning of sensitive, they seem to be the most sensitive. By contrast, they are the least empathetic.
So if it's empathy you're asking about, then I'd say Hip Hop is the least sensitive.
But since I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, to answer your question, I'd have to say the form of writing, art or music which is least sensitive would be writers of technical journals or computer instruction manuals.
In regular media those groups lacking empathy seem to be magazines from either extreme of a political or religious continuum. They seem to lack a fundamental understanding of people different from themselves. They tend to be fanatics and extremely judgemental. The Nation, Fox News, CBN, Mother Jones... the list goes on and on.

All art is sensitively created if the artist HAS sensitively created it.
Your question is a little obscure. I'm not entierely certain what you mean by "sensitive".
If artists have a messege they want to bring across, and if their heart and mind go into a piece of art--ANY piece of art--and every deatil has been thoughtfully contributed, then it is worthy of our attention.

All art is based on sensitivity. Sensitivity to emotion; sensitivity to how visual stimuli, sound, touch, taste, form, space and function affect the emotions of people. An artist creates designs to evoke the emotions desired. An artist of any kind must know and understand emotion to be able to touch us emotionally because if they don't touch us on some emotional level we don't consider their work to be art.
Even Rap evokes emotion. Anger, disdain, disillusionment, lust, greed and sometimes love and more positive emotions. The Rap artists are sending the message they mean to send. Even if you don't like it. (I don't either.)

none ! in creating a picture, sound or even making a sentence the artist have to put his own feelings. like for exaple he will put red colour if he is angry or make the sentence scary if he is alone. or he will make a happy musick if he is feeling all right. mabye not on perpas but artist use their feelings and thoughts to create art. so there is no such thing as least sensitive artist.

I would have to say Rap, it seems to be filled with bigotry, violence, anger towards women and offensive language. I respect the right of free speech but hope these musicians realize theirs is not the "way to win friends and influence people", at least not positively.
