i saw a show a few years ago that showed how they pour the stuff in the mold and put the colorin it too, when they come out they look just like the old rail fences you see in pictures. its very hard to tell they are not old. I want to find the company that makes them if they are still making them?

There is a lot of information available on the internet. A Yahoo search for "split rail fence" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) yields 81,400 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find lots of useful and interesting information. There are several companies that sell resin split rail fence on the first page of results.

Good luck with your search.

Why not trying a real one get some cedar poles and put them up. Put a X of them up drove into the ground and nailed or wired together. Stagger it one three or four feet in front of the other then lay your poles on it back and forth. In a couple years they will look great, will look like they will not fall apart but will last ten years easy. I've made a dozen of these for real to keep the cows in. It's cheaper than molded
