The costs depend on location and amenities but I would say between 350.00 -500.00 per month.Regina is experiencing a housing boom right now but it is still possible to find reasonable accommodations especially if you consider a basement suite in a private residence.

It really depends where in the city you want to live but for a nice apt. with utilities included you are looking at about what the last person said , 350.00 and up. It really depends on the area though and the size of the place. Basement suits are more because you pay for utilities usually and you get a larger space for living. That is your best bet though in my opinion is the basement suit.
