I can't see why not. It will take time for your hips to heal and recuperate, but once you are feeling fine and you can walk again sex should be better than before as you will not be in the constant pain you were before when your hips were bad.

don't dispare! A friend of my girlfriend has had both hips replaced several years ago and still has an active sex life. She had a boyfriend who was 15 years younger than her and it did not spoil their fun. In fact he is the one who had difficulty walking afterwards. Lucky thing!!!

And when you are fully recovered, there will be no difference.
Lots of people have something fake.
What about dentures, not to mention all the plastic surgery folks have these days
