I am deeply into my overdraft, I am part time employed but wont see the wages for at least a month, i also sometimes do some self employed work, but i havent been able to keep paying my ni contributions. I am also presently going through the tortuous benefit process, this has been going on for several weeks and i still dont know if i will see any money. I have such trouble organising and motivating myself and sorting my own fianances, feel like i need an accountant, but cant afford it. What can I do, help! Is there any organisation that can help me for free?

citizens advice is best for help sorting out you NI & benefit worries.

also for your debt try www.moneysavingexpert.com, its based on Martin Lewis's money tips and is a fantastic free site that gives you all the information on debt you could possibly need, there is also a lot of contact information all of which are from FREE decent companies not the dodgy ones.

Its a good idea to take your time and read through everything properly as there is a lot of good advice on there....helped me out a lot!!

hope that helps...also the another thing, try and keep level headed dont worry about it too much, trust me im going through worse than you with my debts and have learnt the hard way that worrying is not going to help, will only make things worse

take care x

Yes, there are organisations - take action now!

Citizens advice bureau, national debtline or the consumer credit counselling service - all offer free debt advice and even help you go through the process of negotiating with creditors, etc.

I've seen where Dave Ramsey will take on a difficult case and help. Check out his website, www.daveramsey.com there are many good resources there. In the middle of feeling overwhelmed he offers hope.
