Time Executable error?

Everytime I start up my pc I get Time Executable needs to close error.What is this and how do you fix it.

I believe that there is some kind of unneeded startup entry that's producing this error, from Start->Run, type: msconfig and press Ok, in the startup tab check to see if there is a program called "Time" or something like that, un-check it then restart your computer. try running spybot (ww.safer-networking.org/en/download/) and check for bad startup items there as well.
