try portobello market, under the bridge, i've bought a couple of pairs which are pretty and cheap.
also, shops like dorothy perkins and evans, and any of those high street clothes shops!
h&m are also quite cheap, though their range of earrings has been going downhill lately :(

East Street market- Peckham- London(trust me on this 1 they have realy good earings and just for £1 per pair)

well...i was going to say claires. Actually, the 8 I currently have are from walmart, and I think I have less than $15 in all of them.

I've seen some in the dollar store that look like a lot they sell in Claire's. I can't wear them, they're not nickel-free.

ebay. Here in Australia there is a place named Kleins, they have the most gorgeous pieces of earings I have ever seen. Hubby wont let me go there anymore because I buy to many :o)

Depends where you live... Camden Market always sold cheap earrings, or if you have a Warren James jewellers, they're cheap too.

The Dollar Tree and all the Dollar stores and Freds have cute ones, but with some of them you do it what you pay for.
