Try some of the other Jeunet & Caro films if you like the cinematography, but be warned they are much darker.
City of the Lost children is an adult fairy tail, but don't watch the English Dubbed version,. its awful.
Delicatessant, pure genius, very dark again.
If its the feel good film subject then you seem to have found Choclat already, but you may also like Monsoon Wedding, Green Card, ...
If its the quirky nature of the film that you like, then try lost in Translation or ....
that should keep you happy

For the same sentiment you may have look back a little in history as that is where Jeunet borrowed the atmosphere, he wanted to make a light film after the nightmare that was Alien 3.
Its a wonderful life is obvioulsy a classic

I haven't seen the ones you have mentioned but I love "Nottinghill" with Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts and also "Bridget Jones Diary"/Diary of Bridget Jones" also with Hugh Grant. I'll have to watch those you listed. I don't like action movies. Another I really liked is,"Shall We Dance" With Richard Gere and Jenifer Lopez. All romantic movies for me.
