I'm almost 17 but I like a guy who is 35. If your over 30 would you date someone younger?

I used to like older, but now I don't date at all.
16 and 35 is too big a gap. I'd be concerned why he's going out with a 16 year-old, and I'd ask you to talk with and listen to your parents.
You need to finish school and be a teen while you can. A 35 year old may seem mature to you or cool but he's ancient as far as 16 year olds go. I know because I fell for a man once who was in his 30's and I was 15. Heartache all around and I felt swindled out of happiness or something (I don't quite know what I expected) but I'm glad it didn't work out. I wasn't right for him and he certainly wasn't right for me.

I, myself definitely would not. I am also a girl and I won't talk to anyone my exact age of younger because of my personal preferences. However, I draw the line at a certain age limit, also, when it comes to how old they are. In my eyes... "guys" that are as old as 30, like you're sayin'... and that is interested in a 17 yr. old is definitely not somethin' I see as a "good thing". I mean, when you were born he was just poppin' into his adult years. I just don't like the thought. Not at all. If you choose to do this, I'd really watch my back. He's 35... you're 17... I don't know... two different stages of life.

I would but not 17 I would have to wait until you are 18 or 21 depending on the laws in your state.

yes... I have... there isn't really an age difference until... unfortunately it becomes physically apparent... then that creates other issues that may ruin things... as in other peoples comments...
If I was 17 I would date a 35 year old guy, more emotionally mature and together and would satisfy you better in bed... unfortunately... any old lech would date a 17 year old... so be careful... its not just about your youthful flesh...lol...

I'm 35 and I would NOT date a girl who's 17 y/o... that's just dumb, never mind that's illegal in most states.

And you are still minor, so that would be ilegal.
But, simple answer to your question is - I would. No year limits as long as guy is over 18. At least i think so. Now.

My 1st hubby was almost 10 years older then I and we had a great relationship. So yes I would as long as they were of age.

If I was you .. it wouldn't bother me .. if I was the guy I would probably wait until she was at least 18 so it would be legal .. people are too quick to sue these days
