You really SHOULD make it clear whether you're talking about the film or the theatre performances.
I LOVED the filmeach time it's been on TV, but sorry, I would NEVER EVER pay the prices they want for admission to a theatre or cinema.

Is it worth seeing? Yes a thousand times yes. It is excellent and the little lad that plays Billy is super really good film very sad too. Get your duvet make a cup of tea and stop wasting time. Watch it now. Let us know if you like it!

I thought the film a very inferior rip-off of "Kes" and other north country films. If the makers had been serious about the subject, ie a boy overcoming prejudice, a wish to normalise homosexual behaviour, then they would not have prevented young people from going to see it, by the unnecessary swearing which resulted in a restricted classification. I think the directors were just masturbating.

Yes. It's set in Yorkshire in 1984 during the miners strike when The Thatcher government was closing down the mines.
It's about a working class family whose kid wants to do ballet, and the dad calls him wuss etc.
It's very moving, and Jamie Bell is superb in it.

I can't really remember it... saw it a fair while ago... its a nice movie...just a boy wanting to be a ballet dancer and overcoming the prejudice in england... julie walters is always good... I think shes in it... I really can't advise you... cause I can watch most stuff and find something to take away with me... its just a feel good movie... most people would probably enjoy it... depends on the genre your into...

i've got on no account considered the play, yet i've got heard the music, and considered between the dances. i actually cherished it! It sounds like a superb musical, and that i actually prefer to verify it. My well known music is electrical energy, through fact... i don't understand, that is merely so tremendously!!!!!! i actually cherished that music and the dance become remarkable! a toddler from my state is rehearsing good now to accomplish on might fifteenth at BROADWAY!!!! desire I helped!

I have seen it a couple of times and absolutely loved it. It is sad and sweet and it is lovely seeing someone's dream come true. I loved loved loved it. Also i am not homophobic , i think it wont appeal to people who has problems with that:)
