The Bible was written by ancient people who also believed that the Earth was flat. They lacked the intelligence to comprehend the things that they wrote about and they made mistakes. If 21st century man witnessed the things that they saw we would not call it God. If you were alive then and had a cigarette lighter and flicked it, everyone would call you God because you could make fire come from your hands. If we all came from Adam & Eve, where did Chinese, Hispanic, or Aborigines people come from? There are over 1 million different species of insects, how did Noah get to the Amazon Rain Forest to gather some of them? I'm not 100% certain that we came from apes but the World is loaded with religion disagreement problems because we have been forced to accept a God concept from people who had no idea as to what was going on.

the classes approximately genuine existence , the place we are coming from and the place we will...have been written in the e book of fact, the Holy bible. the story approximately Adam and Eve is symbolic. it is the explication how each and every Soul is incarnating the early first time. In a manner every physique can understand. yet as i will see, there is dissimilar human beings, even You, who can not comprehend it .

The Evolution of Man
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How our species has come to rule the earth has always puzzled people. The Descent of Man was published in the late 1800's by Charles Darwin (shown here). Evidence that showed the link between humans and apes was just emerging. A "question mark" has always been planted when considering the link between humans (hominids) and apes. Other vertebrate groups have more fossil documentation, thus it is not suprising that there has been and continues to be, controversy over the orgin of humans.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Views on The Evolution of Man
Much discussion between scientists who study fossil bones (Paleoanthropologists) and scientists who study the genetics of organisms (molecular biologists) has centred on a new theory relating to the beginnings and evolution of hominids. Molecular biologists claim that modern humans evolved from Eve's family, who lived in Africa over 100 000 years ago. They believe Eve's genes are carried by all living humans. Fossil evidence, the traditional view, is challenged by this new hypothesis. Paleoanthropologists, who believe humans evolved in different parts of the world at a gradual rate, dispute the theory that the molecular biologists propose.
A normal map illustrates the "out of Africa" view, the red arrows show how our ancestors, Homo erectus, went out of Africa about 1 million years ago. The blue arrows show how modern humans (homo sapiens) left Africa about 100 000 to 200 000 years ago.
The above map illustrates what paleoanthropologists believe. They hypothesize that populations of Homo erectus (orange arrows) went out of Africa and established different populations (yellow dots) that evolved independently towards Homo sapiens.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hominids
The human family is defined as Hominids. Hominids are characterized by several features, such as their manner of movement (locomotion). We have an upright position (which is known as bipedal). A large reorganized brain is another feature, along with a diminished face and teeth. Use and construction of tools are notable characteristics of Hominids. The evolutionary design of man has always intrigued Anthropologists. Climatic changes may have been responsible for the development of the characteristics of Hominids. These climatic changes began 24 million years ago.

firstly man did not evolve from apes, we have a common ancestor with apes
simply a small proportion of American Christians take the bible literally, the majority of Christians dont take Genesis literally, so there is no conflict

Well I think i will have to ask you a question in-order to answer your question.
If I say that lets say IPOD is not created by anyone but came into existence on its own will you agree with me ?
probably not right ?
well when a small thing like IPOD needs a creator don't you think that human race as such must be designed by some one ...its so complex for humans what about an ant why can it lift ten times its own weight and we cant ... science is there you should believe in it but not at the cost of your faith .
Though I am not christian myself I believe in GOD and there is no reason why you should doubt it.

The Bible is the Word of God, it's the truth and the most reliable source for all questions in life, including evolution. In Genesis, it's clearly stated that God created man and woman. Don't be misled by any worldly theory. Whether you believe the Bible or not, it doesn't change the truth.

i think it's kind of silly not to belive in evolution when it's happening every day, it's silly to say "apes" because we didn't evolve from them we have common ancestrey , though. one example of evolution is disease. Things that were common and curable have changed and evolved to fight our medicines...
and you have to remember that the bible also says that human beings were turned into pillars of salt, and that water was turned to wine... etc..

To be complete, one has to believe in Creation - because:
1. The basic of science is cause n effect .. (cause for life ??)
2. The basic of hypothesis is input n output .. (input for life ??)
Religion guides us that Life was created from water,, suddenly we cannot be mutes (conveniently)... we are scientific,, so we immediately ask: Who created water..
Therefore, Science, as we interprete (meaning without God) cannot justify creation.
I take it that Science is one subject (in preliminary stages - still), to try to understand God's technical ability.
Theology / Philosophy is a subject thru which one can try to understand God's Justice.. and so on, for Math and Geography... Period.
