Lets start by looking at your site
It is a very nice design, clean, good colour pallet, and has a purpose - to identify fun and fearless females.
Ok, now for the things that will mean you won't get too much traffic.
1. You are not a Top Level doman. For lots of traffic, you need your own .com/.net/.org, not http://my_sites_random_user name_that_is_hard_to_remember .some_providers_server.com
You can get them from $2.50 a year - I highly recommend Go Daddy.
2. You have a rather useless graphic that does nothing for the site (that giant strawberry looks pretty, but it realy does not promote your site at all)
3. Your menu selections are not very desciptive. For example your menu SingleDom is rather non descriptive. A simple description on the hover (basic html) would enable you to add a comment explaining what the site is about.
4. You have large ads taking up the screen. It just does not look professional.
Sorry if it sounds like I am picking your site apart - it really is good - you should be very proud
My main issue with the site is that when you go there you do not instantly know what you are ment to do. That needs to be obvious within 5 seconds of reading (about 2 sentences), otherwise the reader will move on
other than that good job, just submit your site to as many search engines as you can and people will come
