Portland State University has a good business school. The weather in Oregon leaves a lot to be desired. It rains (i.e., drizzles) all winter. I went to OSU and we didn't see the sun for 10 weeks. You will pay out-of-state tuition if you don't establish residency for 6 months before you enrol. This is true for just about every public college or university in the US.
