My wife has a tipped uterus. After I ejaculate inside her, my sperm just leaks out of her. The pillow thing has not helped.
does this have anything to do with the tipped uterus?
What can we do to help it stay in?
Any position to help me not hit her uterus during intercourse?

the tipped uterus has nothing to do with it.

the sperm "swim upstream"

make your deposit as far in as possible and nature will take over.

I've never heard of this but doggy style helps during intercourse. Drink coffee beforehand so your sperm are ready to party and swim. After intercourse, still try the pillow thing. Good luck!

the tilted uterus has nothing to do with it, cause mine is the same way, and i have two beautiful girls... it doesnt matter if it runs out afterwards, cause if she gets pregnant, it will be automatic pregnancy.. but just to ease your two minds, after you two finish, just leave your private in her for a few minutes and just enjoy the moment you both just had together... and another little bit of advice, dont try so hard, just enjoy the love and the love making that the both of you share, and it will happen.. just enjoy each others love.. and before you know it, she will be saying "HONEY WE ARE PREGNANT"...

have her sit on the couch upside down almost as if she is standing on her head for at least 45 min. This should help.

see a sex therapist coz the two of u arent having sex properly..
1. deposit sperms as far as possible
2. use positions eg missionary or doggy
3. have lots of sex, sex, sex and more sex.
