Then head out for a coffee and a swatch at the newspapers...think about lunch and wander about...Oh! the stress of it all.

Here it is 10:17 am (I am in Germany, which is 6 hours ahead of Eastern time), and I have been up for several hours. What am I doing? Wasting time on Yahoo rather than doing my breakfast dishes!

Neither my wife or I have predictable sleeping schedules, so we're commonly up all night --even if we have stuff to do during the day, for some reason we just don't tend to sleep during the night. Coffee. Coffee is good, because it supports that habit. Habits are good.
